Self Saucer / Seaweed Cider Roasted tomatoes

What a great self saucer, seasoned with flavours of the sea

 

Ingredients

  • 400g Baby Vine tomatoes

    20 Baby Sage leaves

  • 10g +- / 2 large pinches Seaweed Cider Salt

  • 30ml olive oil


Use it for any pasta

Method

  • Set the oven to 160 degrees, line a pizza tray with baking paper

  • Rub Tomatoes with olive oil, seaweed cider salt and half the sage and roast for 15 minutes

Tips

Top the cooked pasta with roasted tomato & parmesan
